Cancellation & Refund Policy.

At Bebong online store, we strive to offer top-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business and the unique challenges of handling returns, we have implemented a  return policy to protect the interests of our customers and our business.

1. Limited Return Window:
We accept returns  within 48 hours of the delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final, and no returns will be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and protective seals must be intact and not tampered with.
The product should not show any signs of wear or use.

3.Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:

Products on clearance or marked as "Final Sale."
Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products with broken or removed tags and labels.

4.Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

Contact us via whatsapp within  24 hours of receiving the product to request a return authorization.
After receiving the return authorization, securely package the product and clearly label it with the provided Invoice number.
Ship the product back to the designated address. Our pick-up partner will reach the address to pick the product.
5. Inspection and Approval:
All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the product fails to meet the eligibility conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Refunds and Processing Time:
Once the return is approved, customers will be eligible for a refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used or UPI platform used for the purchase.

7. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

8. Damaged or Defective Products:
In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers must notify us in whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes related to returns will be subject to the laws of West Bengal,India and will be resolved at the discretion of Bebong
